What you'll get to do...

Your experience should include...

  • Knowledge of Recovery Principles – Understanding of person-centered care and mental health recovery models.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage, listen, and provide compassionate guidance.
  • Experience with Crisis Intervention – Handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Teams – Working alongside therapists, case managers, and community resources.
  • Ability to Develop Recovery Plans – Creating personalized strategies to support individual goals.
  • Commitment to Advocacy – Supporting individuals in navigating mental health systems and accessing services.
  • Lived Experience (Preferred but Not Required) – Personal understanding of mental health recovery is a plus.
